Dental implants are titanium fixtures surgically inserted into your bone. Natural-looking dental restorations (crowns) are secured to your implant to blend with your smile seamlessly.
During your initial consultation with Dr. Weaver, he will evaluate your oral health condition and medical history, take X-rays and digital impressions of your mouth, answer any questions you may have, and create a treatment plan that’s right for you.
At your next appointment, we will place the implant. First we cleanse and anesthetize the surgical site. Once you can’t feel anything, Dr. Weaver will begin. Using a surgical guide template to accurately control the placement of the implant, he will insert it into your bone. This is painless and generally only takes a few minutes. For the next 3-6 months, your bone will adapt and engage the implant. During this process you will return for one or two quick follow-up visits.
Once your implant has completely integrated with your bone, we will begin the restoration process. We take a digital impression of your implant, and our lab will fabricate a ceramic crown that attaches to your implant. Your crown is customized to match your teeth’s shape and color to blend seamlessly with your smile. You leave the office with a new tooth that looks, functions, and feels as natural as the original.
Implants aren’t just for replacing one tooth. In some instances, patients are missing many or all teeth, often with ill-fitting dentures or partials. Implants are a life-changing solution to these problems. They can be used to restore large gaps, secure dentures, or even permanently replace an entire arch of teeth with a fixture that will not break, does not need to be removed, and looks and functions like natural teeth.

If you are considering an implant, it’s likely that you had a tooth pulled. Implant placement is nothing like that. Before surgery, Dr. Weaver ensures that the site is clean, anesthetized, and free of infection or inflammation. This ensures a painless process.

I have had a couple implants put in there, and I love them they fit in perfectly with my other teeth. You cant even tell a difference. SO I would highly recommend them to anyone.
